Kirkland Lunar New Year Whisky
Lunar New Year – A Chinese Tradition
We were asked by a global wholesaler to develop a gifting whisky in celebration of Lunar New Year.
This was to be released under their Kirkland Signature brand.
The product was to be premium and beautifully presented as well as representing excellent value for money.

Presentation
We wanted the gift box to stand out
in a crowded retail environment as well as to celebrate the unique nature of the product.

The beautiful bottle and gift box were adorned with cherry blossom and traditional
Chinese symbols. The magnificent Dragon swirls around the bottle and box in
shining gold.
The design was applied to the
bottle using specialist decal techniques to ensure exact replication and conformity across the SKU.

Inside the gift box was a full
litre bottle of the 8 year old blended scotch whisky - secured with an embossed
red and gold Dragon cork.
Inside there was a small insert which
held a beautifully decorated foiled card featuring tasting notes with a red envelope
(also foiled) – which followed the tradition of gift giving at this time of year.
